Should I file F2A -485 now since PD is Sep 8

I'm almost ready with my documents for F2A- i485 filing, but just noticed that PD for October month retrogated to 9/8/2013. Please advise If I can file for i485 now ,or should I wait for one more month to wait for PD to become current. I heard since PD is already on 9/8, I won't get visa # and loose my filing fee and apply it again once its become current.

The October Visa Bulletin applies between October 1 and October 31.  If your priority date is current in the September Visa Bulletin, then it is so through September 30, and your can file an I-485 adjustment of status through the end of the month.  As long as your I-485 application is received by the USCIS before September 30, then you are okay even if a visa number is not assigned before the date regresses.
