rpk2013 Posted September 12, 2013 Report Posted September 12, 2013 Hi, I am working in a consulting company in USA. I got my H1-B in april 2013. and It will start in Oct-2013. I am right now on cap gap period. Now I got my H1b when I was working at client A. But from September I have started working with client B at different location. Do I need to file LCA right now or because my H1b is starting in October, I can file LCA in October? Thanks
