Changing loomis branch after waybill number is generated

Hi All,

        I want to schedule my visa interview  in Vancouver  which I have mentioned in my DS-160 and TRV (still waiting). Unfortunately, I selected loomis branch as calgary when I first open my account in CSC, which I want to change it to Vancouver now, but when I try to edit, it doesn't show me any loomis branch close to Vancouver consulate. FYI, waybill number is already generated and I haven't schedule my date yet. Please suggest. Also, I came through following information on the CSC website. 

Please note: If you change your courier location after an air waybill number (AWB) has been generated, your passport will not be delivered to the updated location, but instead to the originally selected location. However, any additional future document deliveries will use the updated location.

please be clear....when you say waybill number is generated are u done with the interview?

 

On csc site it always lists out all the loomis location available...not any one specific location to a consulate which u can edit until a waybill number is generated....?
