We are aware of the fact that we need to stay out of the US for one year before applying for a new H1 visa again. But, the current employer wants him to travel to the US on B1 in October 2013. If we want to apply for H1 again next year, will it be possible? Can we travel to the US on B1 during this one year before applying for a new H1 visa.
