Do i need to go for stamping if i have more than 20 days of H1 Visa

I am currently on H1 B. My Visa is getting expired on 28th Nov and I have a valid I797 till jan 2016.

I am planning to go India by Oct and will return on Nov 5.

My Question is should i need to go for a Visa Stamping or I found be fine to enter US with 20 days of VISA.
