Sevis transfer during H1-B appeal of denial notice

Hi,

My H1-B was denied and I got the notice from USCIS few days back. My company is going to appeal that decision, but mean time, I am planning to join a college and get back to F1 status. Currently, I am on CAP-GAP and that was supposed to expire Oct 1st.

 

In this scenario, is it Ok to transfer my sevis to another college or will that have any impact on the appeal process with USCIS?
