Murthy Attorney Please Comment - H1B cap for physicians completing J-1 waiver

I am a physician completing J-1 waiver in underserved area. I am H-1B cap exempt at present as I am completing J-1 waiver.

 

After completing J-1 waiver, I want to move to different employer and join a private practice.

 

Is there any special provision for physicians completing 3 years of J-1 waiver in underserved area - will I still continue to be cap exempt even if I switch to different private practice or will I come under H-1B cap after completing J-1 waiver if I want to join different private practice?

 

Various lawyers have given me different answers. hence I am confused now.
