grunger
Hello, My 6 years of H1B would be coming to an end by the end of this month. My employer had filed for my GC last year December, so it's been almost 9 months now. My labor application is still pending and I haven't received either a yes or a no so far so it's been pending. Do I have to leave the USA if there's no decision on my labor application by the end of this month? Or is there a way I can keep working since my labor petition is still pending? Please let me know, your advice would be highly appreciated. Regards, Chris. Link to comment

omshiv
But once the Labor gets cleared your employer can file for I-140 in PP and once it gets approved you can come back with 3 yr extension Link to comment
bhalc
Have your employer/attorney call USCIS to get latest on your case. Link to comment
