118kp
Hello all, I applied for a fresh H1b and received an RFE. While responding, we upgraded to premium and my 15-day clock started on August 26. Today (September 9) is the 15th day and the case status is still in the Acceptance stage (moved to this stage on Aug 27). Is this normal? Because I heard it doesn't even take the whole 15 days in premium processing. Please advise. Link to comment

118kp
The status hasn't changed since yesterday. Don't know why. All documents requested in the initial RFE were submitted (vendor letter, client letter, time sheets). My employer says he hasn't received any email or fax. Nobody is able to get in touch with my attorney Link to comment
