Confused56 Posted September 7, 2013 Report Share Posted September 7, 2013 Hi I had my stamping last week for L1A-Blanket visa. The I129S was updated for L1A. The interview questions by the consulate officer were on L1A. However the officer circled the 'B' in approval stamp probably by mistake. The stamped passport just has L1 and does not specify A or B. Which class would my visa fall under now?. Has anyone faced a similar situation? Link to comment

They circled my I29S but attended interview for L1A , I am not sure what is the reason , if you travelled earlier on l1b and this interview is for L1A. AS long as VISA is approved and stamped you are good bro. While extended your visa you should extend for L1A only. FYI Link to comment
