H4 Visa, if husband shifted B1 to H1 in US

Hi,

My husband shifted B1 to H1 in US. Iam planing to go for H4 visa in October. Is it easy to get h4 visa stamping for me since, my husband doesn’t have H1 stamping in his passport. I am very much tensed to attend the visa interview. Is any one faced this case?

It should not be a problem. Carry a copy of your H1B documents for interview

Before going to US on B1, My husband attended H1 visa (Filed by US consultancy) stamping in chennai. But it got rejected and VO told that they are revocating the H1b petetion. After one month his current comapny in india sent to US on B1 visa. After reaching consultancy filed COS from b1 to H1 and it got approved.

Next month i am planing to attend H4 visa along with my kid. Is it easy to get H4 stamping in the above case?
