              I start the job In April but my employer  file my LCA in July so I have gap of nearly 3 months will it be okay go for stamping if they ask what must be my answer please Guide me

I believe you moved from employer A to B. And, started to work for employer B from April even before obtaining LCA in July. If this is your case chances of rejection are high. Truth has to be the answer.

No Jairichi same employer but different client my employer ran my pay with old LCA until in short I was working in one state and taxes are paid to another state

Talk to your employer's attorney before you go for stamping.
