Pay Slips are mandatory for H1B transfer?

Hi ,

My friend have pay slips for only 2 months (not from last month), even he can do my H1 transfer to another employer?

(Currently he is not on project, still searching for project)

 

Is it mandatory to have payslips for H1 transfer? Please confirm.

Yes, your friend needs to have payslips...if his employer isnt paying then file a complain with the DOL and lets throw these shady employers out.

Of course they are mandatory, that's the proof that he is in status. File a complaint against that employer for not paying you, this is the only option to be in status.

He needs to get paid, if he is on a project or not.

If he doesn't get paid, he should file a complaint with DOL on form WH4. The DOL will make the employer pay him.
