My husband got promoted last year so though he has already gotten his priority date, BUT the HR told him that they were proceeding with the H-1B amendment and recruitment for the PERM application in August. My husbands visa expires on sept 28 and we are wondering if there is any way to file from usa itself. This combined wth 7th year extension has left us looking for someone to guide us.
