H1B Stamped in 2008 and not utilized

Hi,

 

My H1B got stamped in 2008 for 3 yrs and I never utilized it.

Now I want to travel under H1B ..Do I need to wait for next year's H1B quota or I will come under 2008 H1B quota with new employer?

 

Please suggest me.

An employer who is willing to offer you a job can file a cap exempt H1B petition and upon approval with a valid H1B visa you can enter US
