I would like to share my visa experience.

 

I'm on EVC model.

 

Counter # 6: A young officer with great smile. 

 

 

1. First time for H1B visa?(Yes)

2. Who do you work for?(Employer)

3. How long you been working for this employer?(xxx Months)

4. Since when?(Since XXX)

5. You work at end client location?(Yes)

6. Who is you end client?(XXXX)

7. Where do you work?(XXXX)

8. Where did you work before?(previous client)

9. Did you fell any difference in areas?(EAST and WEST)

10. Where do you live?(XXXX)

11. What is your Major?(Computer Science)

12. Masters???(Yes)

13. Which college?(XXXXX)

14. When you graduated?(XXXXX)

15. Give me LCA,i-129,Employer offer letter, Employer agreement letter,

    Pay stubs and Drivers Licence.

(I didn't heard whether he asked me about client letter!!!.But i submitted that including all above)

16. Oh!! XXXX is your vendor? (Yes)

17. Why you didn't have current working state driving license? 

18. Why your actual pay is more than mentioned in LCA?

 

Final words APPROVED

 

May be i forgot few more questions....

 

Carry all documents.... Be Confident....That is the only success mantra.

I recently moved to new location and I knew that I've change DL within 90 days. I said I'll do it ASAP. Be honest.

I think H1B visa is no way related with i140 approval. If you have proper documents, you are good.

Where did you attend?In Canada or India

 

I should go for H1B visa stamping . I am not sure which place I should pick either India or Canada

and this is my first time H1B visa stamping

 

Having 1 year 6 months working experience.
