H1B Process for Indians residing in South Africa

I have been working in South Africa since last 4 years and I hold Permanent Residence Status here in SA. Now I want to move to US and work there. Please let me know the whole process of H1B visa.

It is the same like everyone. You need to find an employer willing to offer you a job and apply a cap subject H1B petition for you by 1st April 2014. Upon approval of your petition you get required documents from your employer and apply for a H1B visa at US consulate and once stamped you can start working for your US employer from 1st Oct 2014.

It's the same process, find H1 employer with a job.

same process...being a SA Perm Resident would not give you any special privileges.
