Our employer applied for extension ( both H1and H4 ) In the month of January. But sadly , it got rejected in June . Immediately after that the employer filed for a fresh H1 only. It got approved on 26th June. My husband went to India on 5th July and got stamped on 9th July and returned on 20th July. Now since the employer didn't apply H4 , he's telling me to go to India for stamping as I am OOS and it may problem during GC process. My question is what is the time duration for me to go to India and get myself stamped. Thanks. Link to comment
