I worked for a consulting company and recently my I-140 approved with that company. But they are neither sharing I-140 copy nor aggressively marketing my resume. I am facing bit difficulty in getting project from India. Could somebody please guide me how to file FOIA request from India to get I-140 copy? Thanks in advance! Link to comment
