I changed my job to Employer B and working with employer B.Things are not good with current employer B, so wanted to go back to Employer A. My H1-B visa with employer A is still valid and A is ready to take me back. Can i directly work with Employer A or do I need to do H1-B transfer again?My passport is stamped based on employer B Link to comment
