3drockz
Hi, Filled H1B in Apr 2013 & was approved. My new job at company B starts Oct 1 2013 & I'm currently on an L1 expiring Dec 2013 My company A agreement has an at-will contract and specifies no notice periods (so Im assuming I can quit w/o any notice) but I'm planning to give either a 15 or 30 day notice so I can give time for company A to find a replacement and get my KT. After I put my notice: - Can company A fire me when I'm in notice period? - If they fire me, what will my immigration status be, between that date and Oct 1 2013 (will I have to leave the country)? - Any other options to overcome this situation? Thanks for any advise. Link to comment
