good_run Posted September 2, 2013 Report Posted September 2, 2013 My Background: I have done my Masters in USA. I have been working in US after my graduation in Dec 2008. First I worked on OPT. Then from Oct 2010 I started working on H1B. My first H1B is ending on Sep 30 2013. I already have approved h1b extention from 1 Oct 2013 to 30 Sep 2016. I came to India for h1b stamping on 26 July 2013. I had just planned to stay in India up to 15 August 2013. However when I went for stamping I got my Visa stamped for 1 Oct 2013 to 30 Sep 2016 and there is a note on my H1b visa that Visa is not valid for travel until 21 Sep 2013. So I had to extend my stay in India up to 21 Sep 2013. I have been working from home. Will there be a problem at port of entry? I work in EVC model.
