Hi Friends,

Need your suggestion on this matter.

I am working for a MNC, the company has filed my H1B and I worked in US for 2 year, now there is no project, they asked me to come back. Now I am in India. There is no opportunity with my current company. I have valid visa of the written in the company name.

I have checked a consultancy, they agreed to do my transfer of H1B when I am in India, how they will do is, they will arrange my client Interview once I got select they will file my H1B petition on premium and once the petition get approved they will courier the docs(offer letter and Petition) to India, then I will start immediately with my Old company’s Visa, at the port of entry I will produce the Old company Visa and New Consultancy's petition paper.

Do you suggest is this a good way doing or any risk involved? Please suggest, new to all these things.

If the consultancy will file my petition what all documents he need.

Thanks a lot

This is standard procedure followed. But, since it is a consultancy I would try to stay away from them. The consultancy's attorney would let you know documents required from you.
