Eligibility for Consular processing under EB1 category

I completed my 7 years in US in the visa category L1A and returned back to India in May 2013. Now my company is planning to file Consular processing for me from India...

 

In regard to this, Please let me know if I am eligibile under EB1 category for Consular processing and when it can be started...Appreciate responses for this situation

Why do you think you qualify for EB1? Anways if you are then YES..CP can be done for EB1.

Thanks Omshiv. My specific question is, since only 3 months has passed from the day I traveled back from US, is there any rule that associate should be outside US for 1 year before applying on EB1

 

Also if I switch employer, and have new employer initiate CP, how long should I wait before the initiation can be done?

You need to read about EB1 for your category.
