Urgent...Change of Job and Responsibilities after I140 approved..pls help

Hi

 

My I140 got approved last year. I know that If I140 approved from Employer A, Priority date is transferable and can be retained if you move to Employer B and I also know that you need to start the process again like filing Labor and I140

 

But,

 

1. What happens if the roles and job responsibility change when you move to Employer B ? 

2. Is Priority Date still transferable even the job roles change ?
