muskan_jain23 Posted August 31, 2013 Report Posted August 31, 2013 Hi, I am a software engg living in California, I have an offer from a company (XXXX ) for their in-house IT development. They are associated with a PEO (Professional Employment Organization) called TriNet, here is what they wrote in offer letter "Our benefits, payroll, and other human resource management services are provided through TriNet, a professional employer organization. As a result of XXXX's arrangement with TriNet, TriNet will be considered your employer of record for these purposes and your managers here at XXXX will be responsible for directing your work, reviewing your performance, setting your schedule, and otherwise directing your work at XXXX." I already have PERM and I140 approved with my existing employer. Now I will need to begin everything again with new employer + PEO. My questions are 1. Will it be a problem in H1B transfer with PEO?2. Is there a risk for PERM, I140 (GC) process with this kind of setup Thanks,Muskan
