L1 location transfer w.r.t to L2 EAD

Hi,

 

I'm on my L1 visa and got transferred to new work location recently. I'm planning to apply EAD for my spouse (L2).

 

1. What are all the check-list I need to make sure on my side, like address change etc?

2. What are all the check-list, my spouse has to take care.

 

Please advise.

Check the EAD requirements, it is a long list.

 

It is critical that you send a copy of your I-94 along with the other documents.
