H1 visa RFE --> Working with new client at offshore require End Client Letter from previous client

I am currently working at offshore location. My H1 visa was filed in april this year from client A. I recieved an RFE for my visa which says I need to produce End Client letter from Client A. I am currently working for some other client with the same employer. Can Client A still provide me the end client letter?

For whom you are currently working outside US does not matter. If you are going to work for client A after H1B is approved then you need to provide a client letter from client A.

Ask your employer whether he will be placing you at that location or different location after H1 approval.
