H1B Amendment when Extension In-Progress

Can we file for H1B amendment to work for a Client-B location - Georgia, when H1B Extension in-progress for Client-A location -Texas.

 

If yes, what should be the process followed?

 

Also company attorney state, as not to file for LCA for Client-B location, when H1B extension for Client-A in-progress, this will increase denial chance.

You cannot file amendment when the petition is in process. Only approved petitions can file amendment.
