H1 to H4 and back to H1

If we worked in H1 in the past (OCT 2010 - OCT 2012) with Company-A and got my H1 expired in NOV 2012. Got transferred to H4 on OCT 2012 and still in H4 (AUG 2013). Now I got an opportunity to work with Company-B.

 

1. Can I use my old petition and file for H1 extension?

2. Do I need to wait till APR 2014 and wait for next year quota as new H1?
