Applied for H1 and i got intent for denial and my attorney applied for motion to reopen, my query was about employee employer relationship. When we applied for motion for reopen i submitted my client letter. Can someone please let me know what are my chances of approval and how long this process takes.
asugrad Posted August 29, 2013 Report Posted August 29, 2013 There is no fixed timeframe. Usually 1-3 months. Remember it does not give any status during the process.
sandr01 Posted September 3, 2013 Report Posted September 3, 2013 For one of the people i know it seems the case was just "opeened" on the denied h1b after 5 months of MTR filing date, it's still not approved but will be in a few days or so. I'm also ona denied H1b and submitted an MTR last month, E-E relationship reason, submitted a client letter this time around. Let's keep updating here so others may benfit as well seeing our posts.
