Green Card Cost

Hi Everyone,

 

I have in the 6th year of my H1B. My employer will be filing the GC in EB3 category.

Employer is paying all for PERM. But after that I have to pay for different stages.

 

I want to know what are the different stages and cost associated to each of the stages.

Check USCIS website and it would give you cost associated with GC filing (application fee not including attorney fee)

After PERM is approved, its I-140...once I-140 is approved and when your PD gets current then you'll have to apply I-485.
