Can I apply for OPT after applying for I-485/I-765/AP? PD Current

 I am on F1 Visa currently and am married to a green card holder. I applied for I-130 in Feb 2013 under F2A category. Recently F2A category became current for august/september. I applied for I-485/AP/I-765, and today I see that my check has been cashed.

 

I might have a potential job offer and I wasn't sure how to approach it. 

1. Either wait for EAD to come
OR
2. Apply for OPT since I am currently on F1 status

 

I wasn't sure if I can apply for OPT after applying for I-765 along with my I-485. Can anyone please help clarify ? Thanks for your help.

With the pending I-485, OPT is likely to get denied, because the F1 doesn't allow immigration intent.

Wait for the EAD. Actually, they may approve the I-485 without even bothering to issue EAD/AP. It is 90 days for an EAD, and there is no point in that if the GC gets approved during that time.
