magic111 Posted August 22, 2013 Report Posted August 22, 2013 I live and work in California. My I94 and L1B visa have expired and my company has applied for my L1B visa extension . I have also enrolled for Part Time Higher Education with a high ranked university in California. Incase my L1B extension gets rejected ,are there any other options I can explore right now to continue my stay in US so that I dont have to go back to my home country ?
jairichi Posted August 22, 2013 Report Posted August 22, 2013 I believe it is late to do any exploring. You would have to leave if your extension is rejected. This is my opinion. Wait for inputs from senior members
