pontevecchio Posted August 21, 2013 Report Share Posted August 21, 2013 PERM pending 365 days plus equals One year H1 extensions beyond 6 years as does I-140 pending 365 days plus. PERM approved means nothing. I-140 approved means 3 year H1 extensions possible beyond the initial 6. Link to comment
