H4 Visa, when the Primary H1 changes Employer

Hello All,

I have H1 stamped till 2 more years but I am changing employer from A to B. I have read in forums that If I go out of country, I dont have to get my passport stamped provided I carry my new 797 , pay slips, etc.

 

Now after I get my new 797 and would like to get married and sponser H4 for wife , will the same documents ( existing passport, visa stamp, new 797, new pay slips ) help us out?
