No response from USCIS after response to RFE

Hi there,

 

I received a RFE during my transfer process and the attorney replied to it on 20 Jun. As per the website of USCIS, they should have responded in 60 days time. Today the time gets over. 

 

Is this common?

Please advise on what needs to be done in this case.

Generally, the attorney or petitioner can place a status inquiry with USCIS if the petition is outside normal processing times.
