L1-B RFE RESPONSE REVIEWS STATE..

HI ,

 

MY NAME IS NAVEEN, 

 

I HAVE APPLIED L1-B EXTENSION ON FEB 9TH 2013(MY L1B VISA AND I-94 GOT EXPIRED)

 

ON MARCH 20TH RECEIVED RFE.

 

ON JUNE 13TH RESPONSE SUBMITTED TO USCIS..

 

MORE THAN 70 DAYS OVER NO CASE STATUS UPDATE JUST SAYING "RFE RESPONSE REVIEW".

 

HERE MY QUESTION IS

 

1) IF IT IS TAKING MORE TIME MEANS , I MAY GET DENIAL (I HAVE SEE LOT OF MY FRIENDS GOT RESPONSE WITH IN 30 DAYS AND GOT APPROVE, IF IT IS MORE THAN 30 DAYS , USCIS REJECTING?)

 

2) ANY ONE GOT APPORVED AFTER 70 DAYS.. PLEASE LET US KNOW..

Hi All L-1B Extension Guy's

 

My return are booked by my company and almost 237 Days I stayed while decision pending on above L-1B Extension.

Finally from USCIS, I got Approval Message  and waiting for form -797.

 

USCIS website showing Post Decision Activity approved.

 

Gods Grace, don't lose hopes.

 

No replied for above my question, this is very bad..

 

but I will hlep you guys...  shoot any replies to this link , I will answer my questions
