My visa was valid until april 2013, with I94 validity until sep 2014. when i travelled to india in May 2013, i had to apply for a new L1B which was denied stating not clearly approvable. My question now is , i have a approved H1b petition from a consultant, will there be any issue when i go fro an interview at the consulate ? will different employer or L1 denial have any impact on the decision. Thanks.
