Raj99 Posted August 20, 2013 Report Posted August 20, 2013 I have a H1B petition filed by my previous employer but never worked on H1B payrolls. Now, I'm planning to get my H1B petition transferred to my new employer. I'm in India, not sure how long the whole process takes? Could someone please help me w/ below questions? Can I have premium processing initiated for the transfer or fresh filing? How long will it take? It’s been less than a month I joined the new employer? Are there any dependencies like min paystubs etc.? Is there a possibility that my petition will be cancelled in case I opt for some other work visa or dependent visa (F2)? I have my I -140 approved as well
omshiv Posted August 20, 2013 Report Posted August 20, 2013 your case is lil confusing. H1B PP takes 15 days to get the result.
