ab_2811 Posted August 19, 2013 Report Posted August 19, 2013 Hi All, I have a question about filing H4 visa for my spouse(Indian born UK citizen) working in UK. We both got married in USA. My spouse got back to UK after we got married and keeps visiting USA regularly on British Passport. My Attorney says that H4 visa can be filed only if the applicant is residing in USA. I am confused. Please let me know how to get my spouse to USA as a dependent. Thank you All!
