H1 B STAMPED NOT TRAVEL TO US

Hi,

 

I have valid H1B stamped visa; which is valid till 2015 September.

But I haven't travel to US yet; but another company is interesting on my visa and they are going to send me probably filing new visa under this petition.

 

1. I just need to know can the current employee take legal actions if I willing to travel from the second company ?

 

2. Suppose after filing can I travel to US from the first company and behave like nothing happen and that scenario do I need to pay for the second company.

(1) No they can not.

(2) You can used the old H1B visa but you need the new approved I797 document from your second company to enter US. And, never ever you think about paying for a H1B petition. That is illegal.

1.You didn't work for them, so you are good to go. But just send an email saying that you are not interested to work with them

2. To work for first company or second company??

 

what do you mean by "pay" here??
