H1B - Intent to Revoke Notice

Hi friends,

Recently my employer received Intent to Revoke notification from USCIS and my Case Status: Post Decision Activity state :

On <> Aug 2013, we mailed you a notice indicating we intend to revoke the decision made on your case. That notice will explain in detail what action we intend to take. Please read it carefully when you receive it…….

Now we have 30days to reply.

 

Need your advice/suggestion on my case ---

 

My I129 application was initially filed Apr 2012 for Company A and got visa approved oct 2012 however filed changes of status from H4 to H1 on Feb 2013. Started working with Company B from Apr 2013 till now, while my amendment was not approved till now, hence received NOIR against company A approval –

 

Please suggest what all option we have now?

little bit confused here. When your H1 was approved in Oct '12 how did you filed for COS from H4 to H1 in Feb'13?? In Feb'13 you are on H1,right??
