Multiple H1 petitions at the same time

Hello,

 

This Year Feb i was let go from my full time job, during which time i had my H1 valid until Sep 2014 and my last pay stub was till feb month 

 

On June 24th, i started a new contract Job with a different employer - on the same day he applied from my H1 transfer(Not Premium) - he didn't before because he was waiting for an end client letter 

 

Now the company i am working for is offering me a full-time job with good pay and H1 premium transfer

 

I have explained my self to them about my H1 transfer with my current employer - they said i can have multiple H1 transfers applied at the same and i don't have to worry about 

 

I am not sure what to do - so if any could given little insight what i should do

a. wait untill my current H1 transfer is complete and then go with different employer or

b. apply h1 transfer parallel with my current and future employer

 

Any help is very much appreciated,

What was your status between February and June 24th? Were you unemployed or out of status?
