Company A filed for my H1B extension based on pending PERM which was filed in June 2013. I got my H1B approved and it is valid till July 2015. Recently due to restructuring in Company A, my employment has been terminated. Now can I transfer my H1B to Company B based on pending PERM by Company A and my H1B validity till July 2015? What if Company A revokes the PERM, will I still be able to transfer my visa to Company B? Thank you for your replies!
