Hello,

 

I am applying for a change of status for my Wife from H1 to H4. Here are the list of documents I am planning on sending with the application package. Please let me know if I am missing something:

2. Passport copy – Wife & Husband
3. I94 copy – Wife & Husband
4. Copy of H1B visa (if any) – Wife & Husband
5. Copy of approved I797 – Wife & Husband
6. 3 recent pay stubs – Wife & Husband
7. Letter of support – Husband
8. Employment verification letter – Husband
9. Copy of I129application – Husband
10. Copy of Marriage certificate
