2008 labour in Balca since 1 year

Dear Friends .. Need help.... 

 

As per my company- verbal communication - No paper evidence.

 

1) My company filed a labour in March 2008 - Its went in  audit for a 4 years long time , and in 2012 my company says they got the Notice requesting for paper Advitisement  and etc .. details . which they provided within the time.

 

2) After 4 months the DOL send the case to BALCA- and still in processsing status.

 

Can you please let me know is it any way I can expedite from Balca?

Can I contact Balca directly ? Open SR or any customer service?

Can I get any information that how log it might take? whome should i approch.

I know this is frustrating, but you cannot contact BALCA, and it is even slower than Audit process. 

 

I am not sure about audit for 4 yr, this seems to be not reasonable. Generally even with audit application result comes back in a year or so.
