L1B extension denial overstay

Hi,

 

USCIS online shows that my L1 extension is denied today and they mentioned to send the written notice. Is it legal to stay till we receive the notice by mail? How many days can we stay after we dee it online?

sorry but no grace period. You will not be able to buy anytime by saying you are waiting for mail, as such mail will go to attorney.

It is better to leave immediately. I believe you could wait for the confirmation mail to arrive but get ready with your travel arrangements to leave the next day after receipt of denial notice.
