Change of status FB1 to FB3

Hi,
My Parents filed for immigration back in 2002 under Over 21 years age for Unmarried Sons & Daughters category. But since then my marital status changed. And recently I got a letter from USCIS saying that my visa number is available. Currently I am on H1-B visa and have filed papers under Employment based immigration also. I would like to know if I can still pursue my family based immigration with my current marital status.

Not much difference. Look up the "Visa Bulletin" from the official site and figure it out.
