va4667 Posted August 14, 2013 Report Posted August 14, 2013 Hi,My Parents filed for immigration back in 2002 under Over 21 years age for Unmarried Sons & Daughters category. But since then my marital status changed. And recently I got a letter from USCIS saying that my visa number is available. Currently I am on H1-B visa and have filed papers under Employment based immigration also. I would like to know if I can still pursue my family based immigration with my current marital status.Thanks!
